Unless otherwise stated, all bonus funds awarded by gzone are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. Bets placed on games not eligible for bonus wagering will not contribute to the rollover requirement.

gzone's monthly tournament prize pool of up to ₱1,000,000 is distributed to qualifying players based on leaderboard rankings at the close of the tournament period. Prize distributions are subject to the specific tournament rules published at the time of each event.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the gzone Platform:
gzone reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently close any account found to be engaged in prohibited conduct, and to void any winnings or balances associated with such conduct.
gzone reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, including where: a player has breached these Terms; gzone has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity; a player fails to complete KYC verification within the required period; or gzone is required to do so by applicable law or regulatory directive.
You may request the closure of your gzone account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat. Upon account closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.
An account is considered dormant if there has been no login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months. gzone may apply a monthly dormancy administration fee to dormant accounts, as permitted by applicable regulations. Players will be notified prior to any dormancy fee being applied.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, gzone shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or interruption of service.
gzone does not warrant that the Platform will be available at all times, free from errors, or free from viruses or other harmful components. gzone's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude gzone's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Philippine law.
